LAAM 1 Workforce Accommodation Complex - Riyadh

Laam 1 is a fully integrated workforce and staff accommodation complex that began operations in Q1 2016. The project is comprised of four main components, starting with a labor accommodation zone spanning 60,000 m², featuring 11 buildings with 1,277 rooms, 6 shops, a mosque, and recreational areas, offering a capacity of over 7,500 laborers. The staff accommodation section includes 3 buildings covering 19,000 m² with 445 rooms, designed to host approximately 900 staff members. In addition to residential facilities, Laam 1 includes a commercial area of 15,400 m² with 31 showrooms and 45 offices. Complementing the site’s infrastructure is a central kitchen built on 1,395 m² of land, with a production capacity of around 30,000 meals per day, supported by a three-floor dining facility.

LAAM 2 Workforce Accommodation Complex - Jeddah

LAAM 2 Complex is located in Jeddah, the First Industrial City, on a 14,464 square meters land with a total built-up area of 23,264 sqm. The complex contains 4 residential buildings, totaling 612 rooms, each building consisting of 5 floors. Each building includes sitting areas, dining areas, shared bathrooms, and laundry facilities.
Additionally, the project features a 228 square meters prayer room, a medical clinic, and commercial shops. It is surrounded by an external fence with security rooms and 24-hour security services, along with dedicated entrances equipped with electronic gates.
The LAAM 2 Residential Complex for Workers also includes a central kitchen across three floors (kitchen and two dining halls) with a total area of 1,518 square meters.
